Youth Lifters is a small-group coaching programme designed for young people aged 10-17. We focus on building strength, skill, and confidence — not just in the gym, but in life.
Our sessions are inclusive, non-judgemental, and tailored to each individual. Whether you’re neurodivergent, struggle in mainstream gyms, or just want expert support, Strong Path is your safe place to train.
