Partner with Strong Path CIC to Make Fitness Accessible for Everyone

At Strong Path CIC, we believe fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Our main goal is to provide a safe space for communities who are often overlooked or considered an afterthought.

Our facility and user experience are designed to serve both neurotypical and neurodivergent people (as well as other underrepresented groups), offering fully coached sessions without the usual concerns of overcrowded, overwhelming, or unsupportive environments.

Whether it’s sensory overload, social anxiety, or unfamiliar spaces, we remove these barriers so everyone can focus on what matters – getting fit and feeling part of a supportive community.

In addition to fitness, we offer programs on nutrition, sleep hygiene, and life skills- all which empower individuals to lead healthier lifestyles.

By operating this way, we not only improve our users’ quality of life, but also reduce the risk of chronic disease and other health issues, which can save healthcare providers valuable resources.

In addition, we’ve seen that supporting people in becoming fitter and healthier also improves their employability – a benefit we’ve documented in our case studies, which you can explore below.

Sponsor and Partner with Strong Path CIC to support neurodivergent communities in Hampshire. An inclusive gym welcoming everyone.

Our mission

To provide an inclusive gym and welcoming space where everyone is considered, regardless of their ability, age, background, identity, or preference.

What’s more, every penny of profit helps fund projects that raise awareness and support neurodivergent people in living confidently, happily, and with dignity in a world that often overlooks their needs.

Why your support matters

At Strong Path CIC, we’re making a meaningful impact on the lives of neurodivergent people and others in need of a supportive, inclusive space to exercise and learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle. But there is still much more to be done.

With your help, we can:

Expand our adaptive training programs: Every session at Strong Path is fully coached, with limited numbers to ensure each participant gets the attention they need. Your support will allow us to offer more sessions, especially for neurodivergent people who need specialised training environments.

Provide access to those facing financial hardship: Health inequalities driven by poverty are a serious issue in the UK, and significantly impact society. Your help will enable us to reduce the cost of training for those who need it most, ensuring that anyone – regardless of their financial situation – can experience the benefits of fitness in a supportive environment.

Launch our Gym Buddy project:

Our Gym Buddy initiative aims to provide neurodivergent people across the UK (starting in Hampshire) access to fitness facilities that are tailored to their needs.
With the support of partners like Avenue Group, we will certify gyms that are sensory-friendly and ensure their staff receive specific training from Autism Hampshire and Strong Path CIC.

This will enable 10-13.5 million neurodivergent people living in the UK to safely improve their health and wellbeing.

Our commitment to funders

By supporting Strong Path CIC, your funding will have a direct impact on:

Developing our facility:
Your contributions will help us design and maintain a gym that is a sensory-friendly, welcoming space for those who find traditional fitness environments overwhelming.

Offering subsidised programs: We are committed to ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from accessing our services. Your support allows us to offer subsidised fitness programs to neurodivergent people and others in need.

Raising awareness through advocacy: Part of your donation will go towards initiatives like our Gym Buddy project, spreading awareness of the importance of inclusive fitness spaces and advocating for change so that neurodivergent people can thrive, both at Strong Path CIC and in society.
